Aurora Lites is a small business based in Concrete, Washington, making color firestarters, campfire collections, and torch lighters by hand in small batches. We sell directly to consumers through this website and, where noted, to wholesale partners.

Firestarters, colorant packets, and torch lighters are adult products intended for responsible use. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Our products are designed for starting controlled fires in fire pits, campfire rings, fireplaces, and similar safe, designated locations. Misuse can cause serious injury or property damage. You are responsible for using our products safely and in accordance with all local fire regulations, burn bans, and outdoor-use rules.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders in cases of inaccurate pricing, suspected fraud, or inventory errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Some products on our site are marked “Coming Soon” or “In Development” and are not yet available for purchase. These listings are informational only and do not constitute an offer to sell.

Because our products are flammable, shipping is subject to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations (49 CFR Parts 171–180). Certain products may require ground shipping only and cannot be shipped to some addresses (for example, APO/FPO addresses or restricted regions; see our Shipping page for details). Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier delays.

Our return and refund practices are described in detail on our Returns & Refunds Policy page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Federal safety rules prevent returns of opened flammable products.

All content on this website — including the Aurora Lites name, logo, product designs, package labels, text, and imagery — is the property of Aurora Lites and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data. Abuse of our contact form, order system, or customer support channels may result in blocked access.

Aurora Lites products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora Lites shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including fire, injury, or property damage resulting from improper use, storage, or handling. Your use of any fire product is at your own risk.

Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurora Lites and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products or your violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
